By using pavingcalc.net you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these Terms occasionally —material changes will be posted at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date.

1. Acceptable use

You may use the calculators and guides for personal or commercial estimation work, including printing the result for your contractor. You may not:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically copy the site's content without written permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code beyond what is publicly served
  • Use the site to harm others, distribute malware, or violate any applicable law
  • Republish our calculator output as if it were your own original work without attribution

2. No warranties —estimation tool only

pavingcalc provides estimation tools, not engineering services. The calculator output is an approximation based on industry-average inputs. We make no representation that the output will match the actual quantity or cost delivered on your project. Always confirm material quantities with your supplier and pricing with your contractor. The site is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pavingcalc, its founder, and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to:

  • Cost overruns from inaccurate estimates
  • Material shortages or surplus from miscalculated tonnage
  • Project delays from acting on calculator output
  • Disputes with contractors or suppliers

Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to USD 100. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, in which case the limit is the smallest the law permits.

4. Intellectual property

All original content, code, calculator logic, illustrations, and guide text are © 2026 pavingcalc.net. You may quote up to 200 words for editorial purposes with a clear link back to the source page. For longer reuse, broader syndication, or commercial reposting, contact us first.

Third-party trademarks (NAPA, AASHTO, FHWA, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are referenced only for source attribution.

5. Third-party links

We link to NAPA, FHWA, ADA.gov, and other authoritative sources for verification. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those external sites.

6. Advertising disclosure

This site displays Google AdSense advertisements. Ads are clearly labeled "Advertisement" and are served by Google based on visitor data. We are not responsible for advertiser claims, products, or services. See our privacy policy for cookie details.

7. Termination

We may, at our discretion, restrict or terminate access for visitors who violate these Terms (typically through abusive scraping or attempted exploits). You may stop using the site at any time.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of New Castle County, Delaware.
